I rage much, I sleep little. Incongruously, I have been a union activist and simultaneously a Constitutional libertarian. I am a registered nurse, a sailor, an Army veteran, and a III%er... I am a complicated man.

Sovereign Beings Belonging to No-One

There is only one way you could even pretend to argue for the validity of Obamacare, and that is to start with the premise that all people belong to the State.

This is such a flawed concept that no further discussion should be necessary. But alas, it is obvious that many in our government, and very sadly, many citizens see it exactly that way, that we belong to the State.

Our Declaration of Independence and Constitution were predicated on the concept of you and me as sovereign beings belonging to no-one. This alone should be enough to deem Obamacare null and void. The Constitution over and over declares the sovereignty and authority of the citizen. Authority over themselves and the government they control. The 9th and 10th Amendments affirm this authority of the people. It is clear that the Federal government has no authority to implement this theft of liberty on the American people....

I am a sovereign being! Any life and death decisions, any decisions regarding my health and my path of treatment are mine and mine alone to make. The government has no moral, ethical, nor legal authority to make those decisions for me or anyone else.

There are so many Constitutional objections to the implementation of Obamacare, starting with the 1st Amendment and our right to free exercise of religion. How can I freely exercise my religious beliefs while you are forcing me to fund abortions? With the implementation of Obamacare the 4th Amendment is dead for all intents and purposes. Full access to your health records, full access to your bank accounts, forced home inspections. Do we sit idly by while the very foundations of our liberties are destroyed?

I urge you all to read the Constitution. For nowhere in it will you find the authority granted to the government for forcing any individual to buy anything. It gets worse should you decide to disobey and not purchase your own slavery, they punish you with a fine thinly veiled as a tax. A tax on something you never purchased, never possessed, and never sold. How do they even pretend this is Constitutional? Yes, I know, they don't. The Constitution means nothing to them.
The Supreme Court declared they have this right through the commerce clause. The commerce clause? No commerce has taken place has taken place if I refuse to purchased their Trojan Horse.

When the tax code is used for punishment rather than a source of revenue all pretense of a Constitutional Republic has vanished.

Patriots, this is where we must make our stand! If not here and now, when? When we have been fully subjugated? If not here and now, then resolve yourself to the chains and bondage of servitude, for this is truly what this law is about.

When shall we be better equipped to cast off this tyranny? When we are shackled and bound? When they have frozen our accounts? When we have been sufficiently disarmed?

I am a sovereign man! I will not be subjugated, I will be free.
